Now days many of the cotton ginning factories are using loaders for cotton feeding into the feeding belt hopper to supply cotton feeding system. In this method loader dumps quantity of cotton nearby the feeding hopper. Labor are employed to feed cotton into the hopper, such cotton feeding job is very tedious & continuous feeding makes difficult for the workers. Working in summer hot weather/ winter cold weather / night shift are the difficulties and Hence it becomes difficult to work for many days for the workers. In order to get some relief time workers tend to feed the cotton in higher quantity so that they get some relaxation time.

Sometimes the workers tend to jam the system for getting relaxation. The feeding in this method is mostly non uniform. This non uniform feeding leads to production loss at the end. Workers for this system are very difficult to find and sustain. The labor cost is also increasing day by day.

Other Method Commonly used is pneumatic System. This method also requires manual feeding and consumes great amount of power along with the disadvantage of the above system. In order to overcome the above problems RANK-ONE INDUSTRIES is introducing a fully automatic system. In this method loader dumps the cotton in this machine which is placed near the feeding hopper. The machine has storage capacity as per ginner requirement ( From 4000kg to 10000kg). The machine feeds the cotton uniformly to the feeding hopper as per requirement.
